As you probably already know, Trojan isn’t just about making condoms anymore. Sure, that is still the bread and butter of their business, but recently they jumped into the vibrator market, head first. No pun intended. Wink Wink .

With 7 different vibrating products, Trojan is introducing vibrators to the mass markets…and by markets I mean grocery stores and pharmacies. Gone is the day when the only vibrator you could buy at the local “Walgreens” was the Hitachi Magic Wand. Now anyone tall enough to reach the shelves, can walk out of the pharmacy loaded with condoms, vibrators, vibrating cock rings, vibrating tongue rings and vibrating finger attachments, that look like Freddy Krueger hands, all from Trojan.

The first Trojan product on our list is the Vibrating Touch Fingertip Massager. This thing is cheaply made and functions poorly. Sure, it’s a clit stimulator, but the vibration dies out. It starts off strong, but in a matter of minutes, you wish it had more settings. Great to start things off in some foreplay, but not great for finishing the job. Unless you are ok with gentle stimulation…which some people are. Another problem is that the darn thing wouldn’t stay on our fingers, it just vibrates off. The size of the vibrating area is really small too. The battery’s only lasted about 20 mins and thats just unacceptable. I don’t want to put new batteries in each time we use the thing.

One good point is that I can hide this thing anywhere. The small compact size makes the Trojan Vibrations Fingertip Massager easy to conceal in a sock/underwear drawer, jacket pocket, pillow case, night stand, old shoe or trash can…where it belongs.

Dirt cheap and feels that way. This is a product that belongs in the trash. The only reason to buy one is to test it yourself, or to waste 20 mins of your life. 

The Pros:

Strong start, small and discrete, easy to hide, super cheap and easy to clean. Great for first time vibrator users. Ohh, and you can get one at Walmart, CVS, Acme, Giant…anywhere that sells condoms. I suppose you could put in on the end of a penis and see how that feels for your man. Just an option. 

The Cons:

Well this isn’t going to be pretty. The batteries in the Trojan Vibrations Fingertip massager die quickly. The power, when you first turn it on, is not strong enough to get you off in the end. Small area which actually vibrates, only one vibrational mode, odd texture (at least we thought it was an odd texture).

The bottom line. If you are new to vibrators and want to try an easy beginners toy, this will do fine. But if you are a seasoned veteran, the Trojan Vibrating Touch fingertip Massager is great for, well…massaging your fingers.

The first of the Lelo product line we’re going to review is the wonderful “Gigi” seen above. It comes in Rose, Blue and Pink. This toy has so many control options, you might need a guided tour from NASA just to get the hang of it; but that being said, you never get tired of using Gigi. Never! It’s 5 settings are extremely pleasurable and comfortable. Besides a great vibrator, it’s made for G-Spot stimulation. As with any Lelo product, this one too is fully rechargeable and extremely quiet and made of high grade materials. The noise aspect is great for houses with roommates or kids in the other room. Or if you want to play solo while your partner is in a drunken coma next to you, this is the perfectly quiet toy.  The material is made of a soft skin-safe silicone, while the handle and controls are made of hard, skin-safe ABS plastic. The entire toy is easily washable and very appealing; both visually and sexually. Make your first experience with Lelo be the Gigi! You won’t be disappointed.

Though a bit expensive, about $75-$110, the Lelo Gigi is an A+ product worth the money.

The Pros:

You get a strong clitoral vibrator that is designed with your G-Spot in mind . The battery is rechargeable and the motor is extremely quiet. One year warranty, easily washable and comes in a discrete box for storage.

The Cons:

The only fault we found in this little lovely, is her price. But, after you factor in not buying batteries and a one year warranty, the price doesn’t seem too bad. You cant expect the best products for a cheap price. Otherwise they wouldn’t be the best!

Hitachi Magic Wand

Lets kick things off with the staple of powerful vibrators and personal massagers… the Hitachi Magic Wand. This thing is massive! It’s cleverly disguised as a personal massager, even the user manual has pictures of people using the Magic Wand on their backs and legs. As we all know from Sex and the City, its not just about a good neck rub. This powerful and durable wall plug vibrator is meant for hi-powered vibrating pleasure in places other then what’s indicated on the box. According to the label, this massager “helps relieve tension”…yeah, in your pants. At 14 inches long with a head the size of a tennis ball, the Magic Wand isn’t an easy thing to hide, nor is it quiet. With two speeds, low (Super Fast) and hi (Ludicrous Speed), if this thing doesn’t get you off, honey, nothing will.

If you are a women who is hard to please, or if you’re a man with a women who’s hard to please, have no fear…MAGIC WAND is here. It’s not battery operated for a reason. They don’t make batteries big enough, unless its a car battery, but thats just not practical. Lots of companies make attachments and accessories for your massager. Take for example the speed controller by Trinity Vibes. If you want to explore options and new sensations try one of many head attachments. We recommend the Vibratex Curved or Straight, perhaps the Miracle Massager by California Exotic. Or for the guys, this wand “Massage Tube“. You can figure it out. There are litterally hundreds of attachemnts for the Hitachi Magic Wand. Take ten extra minutes when buying yours and I’m sure you can find an attachment that suits you.

Because this classic vibrator/massager has gotten so many rave reviews, other company’s have ripped of the design. Adam and Eve have made the Magic Massager, Trinity Vibes made a 7 speed version and Wahl makes the Deluxe Wand. They are all basically the same thing; a really powerful, big and loud, wall plug-in vibrator.

For the price, about $50, the Hitachi Magic Wand is a pretty good product.

The Pros:

You get a strong vibrator with back, neck and knee massaging capabilties. The battery will never run out because it plugs into the wall (not so good if you are Amish) and lastly this thing is killer strong and will satisfy you!

The Cons:

Well, its baseball bat big. Its loud. It only has two speeds (none of which are slow) and it’s not portable. You be the judge. In our opinion, it makes a great back up product for when your favorite battery powered boy friend runs out of AAA juice.
